This hotel is situated right in the middle of the city, providing easy access to transportation and plenty of bars, restaurants, and shops for young travelers to explore and meet new friends. The staff were incredibly kind and accommodating, going above and beyond to provide printed directions for public transport to popular attractions. The breakfast offered was delightful, with a variety of options including great bagels, fruit, and coffee. The hotel facilities were clean and eco-friendly, with efforts made to be environmentally conscious.

The location was perfect as it was right next to Union Square, a BART station, and a MUNI stop. It was also very close to the Tenderloin, allowing us to easily explore different parts of the city. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, with the housekeeping staff constantly keeping everything tidy. The hotel facilities were great and we particularly enjoyed the breakfast, which was of good quality. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing us with valuable tips for getting around this city. there was affordable parking available at a garage across the street, making it convenient for us to bring our car.
